Welcome back to the 2018 season. We have worked incredibly hard this year to bring you many improvements. The weather this winter was particularly difficult: we had snow, rain, cold, snow and rain again, but today as we open the gates for the first time (with people queuing to get in!) we are blessed to have the most wonderful sunshine reflecting off the blue Lake Garda.

We are often asked what we do over the winter in the 5 months we are closed, so we prepared this little “behind the scenes” film and a list below of some of the changes you might notice:

We installed three new Lake Dream Duo mobile homes. The pebble gardens have been replaced with stunning green lawns and flower beds on all six homes. They are all almost fully booked for the season!

We also have 13 new Two Bedroom Mobile Homes. Some near the pool and some in the terraced area towards the lake. Each home sleeps 5 people.

We added another Wifi access point where the new homes are, ensuring all those who book directly with us have free wifi.

We have three new team members: Elena in the pool, Roselinde from Holland joining our reception in May and Marguerite (Margot) cleaning with Asia. Welcome to the team!

We pruned all the trees in the Campsite, an essential job to keep them healthy and vigorous. Some needed to be removed so we planted 12 new sycamores, which will be enjoyed by generations of happy campers.

We revamped the Olive Oil label with a new design. We love the look. Be warned: very high quality but very low quantity this year . Let us know if you need us to reserve some for you as we might not have enough to make it through the season.

The plumbing has been completely replaced in half the campsite.

We made two new parking areas near the pool.

We added a new playground climbing frame near the restaurant in the shape of a plane.

We increased the size of the stage and covered it so that come rain or shine we will dance our minidisco!

In the reception the girls have completely new computers and a new email offer system, which I know many of you have seen with more informative emails. Speedier check-in.

In the Apartments we added dishwashers, induction work top, and beautiful Emu terrace furniture.
