Throughout Camping Piantelle there are many ancient Olives trees (some are over 500 years old).
We harvest their Olives by hand between October and November, and cold press them within 24 hours of picking, so that the elegant, balanced freshness is maintained in every bottle of Piantelle Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Lake Garda Olive Oil is world renowned for its delicacy and fragrance: ideal for use with fish, salads and pasta dishes, but to be honest we put it everywhere to exalt the dishes we love most.
